At the heart of the house, below the soaring cathedral ceiling, will be the kitchen, dining & living areas with double sided open fire place and expressed,  timber barn frame. Through two sets of french doors the living areas open out to the splendid, rolling hills of rural Flinders.

The triple gable form of the main house responds to the client's desire for a certain level of privacy, sectioning off four teenage boys and vice versa, with the buffer of the central, open communal areas. The guest wing offers an extra level of privacy and this clear zoning allows for very efficient heating and cooling.
