RED HILL EXTENSION

Significant extension to a single storey, dark timber clad house. Whilst adopting the existing architectural language of the multi-gabled roof line and emphasising that with a bespoke steel fascia, the decision was made to distinguish the bulk of the materiality of the extension from the rest of the house, opting for a concrete-look render finish. 

The extension comprises; a new master bedroom with large en suite; walk-in robe, dressing area and Sauna all on the ground floor; A subterranean wine Cellar, naturally cooled by the earth nestles below and substantial changes and additions were also made to outdoor entertaining areas and landscaping to provide cohesive links between the new spaces and the old.
