Limited to 60 m² and a height of 5 metres above natural ground level, this small second dwelling has been carefully planned around a protected Moonah tree and a concerted effort to provide good northerly orientation with distant views by sitting up, just enough on that aspect, whilst maintaining privacy, amenity and a strong connection to its garden setting.

Form, materiality and detailing draw on selected elements of both the existing, main house and adjacent pool house, creating a cohesive family of structures across the site.
